Another Collection of Haiku

About

This book is a collection of one hundred and eleven (111) haiku.

“Haiku” is a form of Japanese poetry, which consists of three written lines of poetry

(the first and third lines are constructed using only five syllables, and the second, middle line consists of seven syllables).

Divided unevenly into five (5) sections-“family”, “work”, “Shawna Kay”, “in betweens”, & “channeled messages”, this unique collection delves even deeper into the tumultuous mind of Shawna Kay as she shares with us the humorous highs as well as the laughable lows of her life as a cashiering, light workin' starseed living in Idaho in her most vulnerable written work yet.

This is Shawna Kay’s second collection of haiku in a three part series. Her first collection, titled “How to Backwash: A Collection of Haiku”, she self published in November of 2024.
